Angelica Panganiban (born Angelica Panganiban) is a Filipino American model, television host, comic and host. Angelica went on to the finals of the competition in which she sang Symphony of Clean Bandit. The final episode featured her singing Stronger along alongside Kelly Clarkson. The contest ended in second place becoming the youngest finalist on the show's record. Angelica Hale suffered from double pneumonia in 2012. At the time, she was four years old the time. Her disease was a severe strain of strep bacteria. Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Egleston put Angelica Hale on ECMO care for life-saving treatment. Her condition was a result of numerous organ problems, including the failure of her kidneys. Her life became a new routine of hemodialysis and the peritoneal dilation. After 80 straight days in the hospital from near-death to long road to recovery, she finally made it home but the course of her life changed forever. Angelica was, following a full year of dialysis and a half-year of dialysis, was now set for the most significant operation of all - the replacement of her kidney. It was her mother who would donate the kidney. Angelica together with her mom underwent an organ transplant successfully on September 13, 2013 at two incredible hospitals located right next to each other: Emory University Hospital & Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Egleston. Angelica Hale is pursuing her celebrity dreams from the moment she was born.
