Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete and model. At the age of 16, she started taking part in fitness competitions, following her decision to quit gymnastics. In 2017, she was just 17 when she received her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. She began competing in fitness shows at the age of 16, after she quit her gymnastics program in childhood. She won her Pro Card just one year later when she was 17. She was the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel quit the stage after the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. When she completed her college degree Ariel came back in the year 2015. She continued where she had left off in the previous events, such as those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. When she won her first competition in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years, setting goals for herself. The year 2009 saw four brand new fitness titles were added to her list. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. After earning her Pro Card Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competition to finish her college degree. Then she returned in October 2015 with her debut IFBB Fitness Pro at The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. In the competition, she placed third. In the summer of 2016, she took first place at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This qualified her for to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months, Ariel took to the Olympia Stage to take home 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectation prior to that and was satisfied with the results. Ariel competed with some of the world's skilled athletes. Ariel is always improving her body. Ariel's favorite body part to work out is her back. The workouts she does for strengthening her back are bent-over rows on the machine with single arm pull downs with lats. She warms-up first before moving into exercises. Ariel is also known for making the most of her time. The routine she does for her back consists of three or more supersets consisting of 10-12 reps.
